Practice For Sale
We created our Practice Sale Register to assist Chiropractors with the purchase or sale of Practices and we now receive inquiries from all around Australia.

Please note that we are not licensed Real Estate Agents or Business Brokers and do not charge a sales commission or brokerage fee.
 
Presenting Your Practice For Sale
You have spent a great deal of time, effort and money to develop your practice to its current status. For you to achieve the most equitable and expedient outcome with the sale of your practice, it is important that you take the time to present your practice in the best possible way to prospective purchasers.
 
Our Procedure
 
Please carefully complete the enclosed Practice Sale Prospectus. It is important that you are very clear and concise with the information you provide to avoid any misunderstanding.
  
If you wish us to help you sell your practice more than just listing on the website we charge $250 plus GST per hour for time incurred helping you selling your practice We require an initial deposit of $825 for this service. Any further fees will be invoiced to you when your practice is sold.
  
Return the completed questionnaire to our office to "TBW Accounting & Consulting Pty Ltd"  
Note that we do not charge a sales commission.  
 
 
Marketing Your Practice
We will copy the prospectus and make it available to Chiropractors via email post or by fax that we know are considering the purchase of a practice.

Any new inquiries we receive will be forwarded a copy of your Practice Prospectus.

Any serious inquiries will be referred directly to you. 

We also assist with communications between the vendor and purchaser and the negotiations

Should finance be required for the purchase of the practice, we can assist with finance with Medfin, Experien or banks
